John and Randy came over to give us a free estimate. They had tons of samples and were very helpful. They had told me things about the flooring that I was not sure about, so I did my research like I always do when making a large purchase. Everything they had told me was 100% accurate. I had set an appointment but then decided that I would be ready for them sooner, they accommodated my earlier date. They came in took out my flooring and installed the new flooring in one day. When it came time to pay the bill, it was exactly what they quoted me. There were no up charges or hidden costs. The price was about half of one of the big stored, with a superior product. I did not think I would be able to get a floor like I have for the price they did it for. I have recommended them to several co-workers and friends. If I ever needed flooring again, I know I only need to make 1 phone call.

I was about to purchase my laminate from Home Depot, when ILF opened just down the street from my house. I thought their showroom was great because it had big sample sizes of all types of flooring. After comparing prices, I found that they could do the entire job (materials plus labor) for the same price I was getting ready to pay for materials alone. The whole crew was professional, on time – every time (consultation, install, follow up), and met all of our requests. My neighbors love the new look (we went with “Jon’s favorite” with the French bleed), and I have already referred one, and will refer any others who are looking for new floor!

I was skeptical at first of a home based business, but I am so glad we took the leap of faith. They brought the samples right to our home, arrived on time, worked professionally, were very courteous, and they were less expensive then anybody else. We went with the 12MM Brazilian Cherry and it looks just like real wood. The little bevel things really do make the difference.
